Today is Sunday, so we also have a Weekly Mindfulness Challenge. Today or sometime this week, practice using a loving touch when using your hands. While this might mean a kind gesture, such as a pat on the back or a hug, it might also mean bringing care and intention as we use our hands to tie our child's shoe or fold the laundry, or get dressed. Simply notice what it is like to bring greater kindness and awareness as we use our hands throughout the day.
