Day 6 of the Mindfulness Challenge. Today either meditate on your own for 15 minutes or go to the app Insight Timer and choose the meditation "The 3 Letting Bes" by Mark Knickelbine. This is a meditation instructor I know and sit with regularly. I will link to it on the Group "Memphis Center for Mindful Living" on the app. Once you join the group you can see the post with the link.
