21 Day Mindfulness Challenge

From Friday, January 11 to Thursday, January 31, the 21 day mindfulness challenge will be underway. Each day participants will be asked to meditate for 15 minutes. Each Sunday a Weekly Mindful challenge will be issued as well.

Ways to earn entries into the drawing for the $20 Amazon gift card:

  • 15 minutes of daily meditation

  • Complete the Weekly Mindful challenge. This is using mindfulness in daily life, like mindfully drinking coffee. It’s a good way to get your children or teens involved.

  • Get a family member or friend to do the challenge with you one day. Amy will give tips for making the Weekly Mindful challenge fun for kids.

  • Give us permission for your email to be added to our newsletter. And if you are already subscribed to the newsletter, we’ll give you an entry as a way of saying thanks.

  • Like and Follow us on Facebook. If you’ve already done that, you’ve earned an entry.

You can meditate on your own or use the guided meditations Amy will share the day before. You just need to report in each day when you do the challenge. Go the Facebook Page for Memphis Center for Mindful Living to see the challenge each day. That’s where you will post “Did It” when you complete your meditation each day.
