This all day retreat at nearby Meeman-Shelby Forest State Park will allow you reconnect with yourself and your deepest values in a peaceful forest setting. You will practice gentle yoga, meditate, take relaxing walks in the forest and savor your surroundings, and learn more about how to listen and be guided by your deepest values. A light breakfast and lunch is included in the retreat fee of $85.
Bring a yoga mat and meditation cushion. There will be extra on hand for those who don’t have their own mats and cushions. Be prepared to walk outside if the weather permits.
Ride sharing is available. A certificate of attendance for 6.5 contact hours will be given.
