Joy Blooms Retreat

Somewhere between the to-do lists and the taking care of everyone else, it’s easy to lose touch with what actually lights you up. This retreat is an invitation to come back to that — to slow down, get curious, and remember what brings you playful, creative, joyful energy.


Through yoga, meditation, journaling, and lighthearted expressive activities, we’ll playfully and gently explore what draws you — not what you should want, but what genuinely calls to you. No experience necessary, no expectations to perform. Just space to breathe, move, reflect, and rediscover.


What to expect:

• Heart expanding and visioning meditation with Amy Balentine

• Reflective journaling prompts

• Creative, expressive movement

• Conversation and Community with other women on the same journey

FAQ:

Do I bring my own yoga equipment?

We have yoga mats, blankets and meditation cushions, but feel free to bring your own. We also have a variety of chairs.

What do I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes for yoga.

What about food and beverages?

There will be nothing served but you may bring water bottles and a snack if you wish.

What is your refund policy?

You will be fully refunded if you contact us 24 hours in advance. In the case of illness, you will be fully refunded if you contact us by 10 am the day of the event.
