Couples Therapy

Our therapist Tiffany Lindfield is trained in Gottman Method Couples therapy and offers it virtually. This research based method is designed to replace negative interaction patterns between couples with positive ones to deepen connection and intimacy and repair past hurts.

Nature-Based Therapy (Ecotherapy)

We also offer ecotherapy for clients who benefit from the healing benefits of nature integrated into their therapy, which takes place at area parks, local gardens, as well as our own Mindfulness Meadows therapy garden. Learn more about our ecotherapy.
