Women on the Water (WOW): Canoe and Connect Retreat
Paddle. Pause. Connect.
We’ll be led on a private tour by a knowledgeable Park Ranger as we canoe through the stunning Cypress Swamp at Meeman-Shelby Forest State Park, experiencing the beauty and stillness of this unique ecosystem. Our mindfulness guides will invite us all to slow down and mindfully listen to the wisdom found in this hidden landscape. After our paddle, we’ll gather together to enjoy nourishing snacks and connect meaningfully with each other—A morning designed to help us slow down, practice presence, and reset our nervous systems in community.
Event Highlights:
Guided canoe tour of the Cypress Swamp

Mindful eating practice with nourishing snacks provided (pinwheel wraps, assorted raw veggies with dip, fresh cut fruit, water bottle)
