Jasmine Sullivan
I’m Jasmine, and I feel passionate about helping people embrace and nurture their inner selves. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a true partnership—where you feel supported, understood, and encouraged to grow. My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges, fears, or self-doubt, and to help you discover new strengths and tools along the way.
My approach to therapy is authentic and collaborative. I work from a culturally aware, mind-body perspective, and I enjoy finding meaningful and creative ways to connect. Over the years, I’ve supported children, teens, and adults through depression, anxiety, grief, shame, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also have a special passion for helping clients with body image, mild disordered eating, and loss—including the unique grief that can come with losing an animal companion.
In our sessions, I often draw from CBT, DBT, IFS, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, yoga, animal-assisted interventions, and nature-based therapy. Together, we’ll focus on what works best for you—whether that means learning practical skills to manage emotions, creating space for healing, or reconnecting with your inner resilience.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with warmth, authenticity, and creativity, I’d be honored to walk this journey with you.
